Today, the Consumer Product Safety Commission issued a recall of SRAM Recalls Hydraulic Bicycle Brakes. These are high-end brakes used on expensive road bikes, often costing thousands of dollars. They were sold on many models of bikes including, ASI, Fuji Altamira CX 1.1; Cannondale, Super X Hi-Mod Black Inc.; Diamondback, Steilacoom RCX Carbon Pro Disc; several models of Felt Bicycles; Jamis, Supernova Team; Kona, Super Jake; Norco, Threshold C1 and SL; Orbea, Avan M-LTD; more than a dozen models of Specialized bicycles; and Volagi, Liscio 2.
